Do you have any wall sconces with switches on them? We have an older home that had wall sconces, but one got broken. We took them down and would like to replace them. They were not wired to a light switch, but each had an individual turn-on switch on the light. I was wondering if you had any with the switch on the light? Thanks.

Answer:
At this time, we don’t have any wall sconces that comes with built-in switch by default.  However, certain manufacturers can custom built in the switch for you, like LBL Lighting.  There would be an upcharge for the custom order and will be not returnable.  If you are still interested, please let us know which model, (glass color, finish, lamping, etc…) and quantities you are interested, and we can look into that for you.

I am interested in the Meyda Tiffany Moose kitchen island / billard light (MD-69610). A few questions:

1. If I ordered today, when would the estimated delivery time be to Warren, Vermont
2. What are the exact measurements (width, height, depth) of this billard light?
3. I have a ceiling to the bottom of the light restriction of 26-27 inches. Will I be okay with this light fixture? For the part of the light that goes onto the ceiling, what would be the width of that fixture that gets attached to the ceiling.
4. Lastly, do you carry Hubbarton Forge or Ponderosa lighting? Thank you.

Answer: Please see the following for answers to your questions.

1. This item is built to order in the US, so please allow around 6 ~ 8 weeks. Meyda Tiffany is located in New York, so as soon as the item is made and shipped, you can expect to receive the light fixture within two business days.
2. height: 12″, depth: 18″, Length: 61″. 3 ft chain on each side
3. The canopy to be installed onto the ceiling is roughly 5″ by 50″. It is large in size so that the chain can hang straight down as opposed to at an angle. You can adjust the chain length to your own requirement.
4. We do not presently carry Hubbarton Forge or Ponderosa lighting.

I am looking to install an 8 ft. monorail lighting system with 3 spotlights and 2 pendant lights on each side of the spotlights. If I were to purchase the Nora monorail system, what components would I need to purchase? Also, how long would it take to receive all of the components, including the spotlights and pendant lights?

Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. We need more detailed information from you in order to help you. Please let us know the following:

1. What is the type (sloped or regular ceiling) and height of your ceiling?
2. What is the model and options (finish, glass, etc) of the pendant light and spotlight you are interested in?
3. What is your ship-to address? This is so we can calculate the lead time.

If you have any other special requirements like the ones listed below, please inform us so we can serve you better.

1. How much drop from the ceiling do you want your monorail to be hung? Normally it’s 4″ for an 8′ ceiling.
2. Need extra cord length for your pendant lights?

I am interested in purchasing two table lamps from Cal Lighting: The Mozambique collection table lamp (BO-746). What are the lamp shade dimensions and its color?

Answer: For the Mozambique collection table lamp, the top of the shade is 6″ on each side, bottom of the shade is 12″ on each side, and the slant height is 10.5″. The color of the shade is a rust color that Cal Lighting names as wicker.

I’m interested in the Craftmade Elegance ceilng fan light kit, Model LKE121. It is a Tiffany teardrop for a ceiling fan. Can you give me dimensions and/or more information? I want to make sure this will fit onto a ceiling fan. Also, do you have any wall sconces that match?

Answer: The dimensions for the Craftmade Elegance ceiling fan light kit is 5.25″H x 13.25″W. It should work with most ceiling fans. Unfortunately, there are no wall sconces that are made specifically to match this light kit, but you might be able to find similarly designed wall sconces in our Tiffany wall sconces section.

I have a question about the type of control switch to use with the following ceiling fan:

Craftmade CXL52 ceiling fan, with the Craftmade Elegance “Frost and Clear” Light Kit LKE55

I would like to use the existing wall switch as an “on/off” switch only, and control the fan speed with the pull chain on the fan itself. I’m concerned that the bowl-shaped light kit might interfere with the pull chain. Can the pull chain be used with this type of light kit or is a wall switch required to control the fan speed?

Answer: Yes, the Elegance Light Kit can be used with the CXL52 ceiling fan. Our image does not show how the light kit accomodates the pull chain from the ceiling fan. In actual application, the light kit center cap has holes for the pull chain of the ceiling fan to run through. All of our ceiling fan light kits work in the same fashion, and can be used for all light kit adaptable ceiling fans.

On the Access Lighting Outdoor Bulkhead fixture AC-20301, with the compact fluorescent lamping option, can the wall sconce, be mounted vertically rather than horizontally?

Answer:
The Access Lighting AC-20301 wall sconce can be mounted vertically as well as horizontally. In addition, there is glass on both the top and bottom of the this wall sconce, so it is not open-space. Please visit our wall sconces section or contemporary outdoor wall lighting section for more choices.

I am trying to light up a flag pole. What kind of landscape lighting should I use?

Answer: In general, if the flag or tree you are trying to light up is not more than 15 feet away, then you can use the SPJ16-03, SPJ16-04, or SPJ16-05 outdoor spotlight for a line voltage landscape lighting system. However, if the object is more than 15 feet away, then the SPJ14-02 low-voltage outdoor spot light is recommended with a low voltage 12V 50W MR16 Halogen with the narrow spot 12 deg for beam spread.

I have a bathroom that has an 9 by 12 feet open area, not including the shower and toilet. The ceiling is 11 feet high. I am interested in the Craftmade Kona Bay Ceiling Fan and some other bathroom lighting fixtures. What size and type of ceiling fan blade should I use?

The Craftmade Kona Bay ceiling fan is rated for damp location, therefore it can be used in the bathroom. Since your bathroom is not very big (9′ x 12′), we would suggest you to use a 48″ or 44″ fan blade set. We think 48″ should serve you better. With regard to the ceiling fan blade type, if your bathroom’s ventilation is good where it does not accumulate moisture, you should be able to use just about any blade. Otherwise, you should use the Indoor / Outdoor Tropic Isle blades or the patio and porch blades. They are rated for damp location and will last a long time.

Answer: Yes, the ceiling fan light kits that we offer are adaptable to most ceiling fans, including brands other than Craftmade ceiling fans. If the ceiling fan that you have is from other established brands such as Emerson, Minka, Hunter,… etc., the light kit should work with them. Hope this helps.
