I am interested in the Craftmade’s Outdoor Lamp Post item # CM-Z475CF Does this have a pole with it or only the lamp? Do you have any outdoor lamp posts that take large candles or oil?

Answer:
It does not come with the pole that is a seperate item, which can also be found on our website. Also Craftmade does not have any item compatible with candles or oil. They are mainly electric.

I have two locations where I want to install a single LBL Lighting HS186 pyramid pendant light fixtures. My question is that I have 3″ round plastic junction box in the ceiling. The inside dimensions are slightly deeper than 3″ and 3″ wide. Can the transformer be used in the junction box?

Answer:
The dimensions of the transformer is about (2.125″ x 1.25″ x 0.75″)The transformers can fit in a standard size electrical box. Also, if you are concerned that the transformer will not fit, then you should select a dome canopy under the mounting option when you go to purchase the pendant. The dome canopy houses the transformer that comes with the pendant. 

 

We just had a sunroom installed with wood beams and glass for the ceiling. The sunroom company pre-wired the beams with electricity and we would like to put in track lighting. However, the electrical wires are coming directly out of the wood beam without any junction box. Is there such a thing as a combination floating canopy and junction box for track lighting? Thanks for your help.

No, I believe there is no such thing as a combination floating canopy and junction box for track lighting. For most building the junction box is required, otherwise your insurance company might not honor its insurance coverage if the fixture catches fire.

The store I bought this Lite Source floor lamp from went out of business. On your website the model # is LS-9875-MULTI. I broke a couple of the glass shades and would like to buy a replacement set.

I would like to know if the Access Lighting Noya pendant light can be mounted onto a track lighting system. Please help.

Answer:
We have seen a track mount accessory where it allows installation of pendant lights or other ceiling light fixtures on a track. I think it basically acts as a movable junction box. However, we do not carry such item, and we don’t really know where they can be found. We only know they exist. I think electricians would likely know more about where such item can be found. Let us know if you have any luck with your electrician.

I am interested in the Lite Source Lotus Contemporary Chandelier, model# LS-1068-BLU, but i was wondering if you can get this lighting fixture in different colors other then blue, maybe frosted glass.

Answer: 
The Lotus Contemporary Chandelier does come in frosted glass. If you want to order this, just specify you want the frosted glass option in the comment box during the checkout process.

I am interested in the Designers Fountain semi-flush ceiling light in Distressed Bronze, model number 5421-DB. I see you have it listed on your website, but I think that it may be discontinued as it does not appear on the Designers Fountain product website. Do you actually have one in stock? If not, do you mind checking on its availablitly. I would hate to place an order if it is no longer available. Thank you so much!

Can you tell me the dimensions of the backplate for the Lite Source Swinger II Wall Lamp?

The back plate dimension of the Swinger II Wall Lamp is 12″ X 8″.

I’m wanting to purchase the Tech Lighting torpedo pendant light with a dichroic glass shade item 700DCH. How do I specify this particular shade? The Torpedo pendant light on the website does not appear to allow any shade selection even when adding it to the shopping cart. Also, am I correct that the only other item I need to purchase is the 4″ Round Flush Canopy (700FJ4RF) in order to install these over a bar island? Thanks very much!

Tech Lighting shade accessories are available on our website now. You can see them under our Tech Lighting Accessories section. You are correct. You can install the pendant lights individually by purchasing the 4″ round flush canopy. You just need to make sure you have standard electricial junction boxes in your ceiling. Hope this helps.
