We are interested in the BESA Mia Contemporary bath/vanity light but would like it in the Cherry or Oak color which is not displayed on your web site. Are either of these colors available with the satin nickle finish?

Answer: This item is available in Oak (finish 3WR1779OK)  and Cherry (finish 3WR1779CH). Just write it in in the comments section when you place your order and we will process it accordingly.

I’d like to hang two of the Tech Lighting Oak Park Contemporary Pendant Lights, 700FJOAKB, from a vaulted ceiling. I am planning to put a transformer 700FJRK in the wall and “swag” the cable out over the dining table. Can a single canopy accomodate two lighting fixtures or is there a better, more aesthetic way? Tech Lighting makes ’swag’ hardware but I didn’t see it offered on your site. I also need to get 16 feet of cable per light fixture, this detail isn’t addressed in the order form.

Answer:

1. A regular canopy cannot accomodate two pendant lights. If you want to install multiple pendant lights on a single canopy, you would need to use a multi-light canopy. However, you probably would want to install three pendant lights for aesthetic purposes, since that canopy is a 3-light model.

2. Arcadian Lighting does offer Tech Lighting’s Swag Hook for $28. It is not yet added to our website, but can be ordered by typing it into the comments section of your order form, and our customer service representatives will add it into your order upon processing.  

The Oak Park pendant light with 16 feet of cable is $272 with shipping included.

I would like to ask if the Maxim Lighting Cosmopolitan Pendant Light Fixture, MX-11269-FI-GC will be ok on a vaulted ceiling. Your description does indicate the ceiling mount, so I thought I’d email before I place my order.

Answer: This fixture has a chain on it and it will work on a vaulted ceiling. You might need more chain for it, depending on how low you want it displayed.

I have seen the Maxim Lighting Seville Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixture, MX-2210-AA-GB, on your site and the image looks like it has a blue tone. Is this light fixture really blue?

Answer: This finish of this item is Greek Bronze, which is more of a brown shade. The photo has been lightened to show detail. We are in the process of acquiring new images for this item to better represent the shade.

I was given your name and e-mail address by Cal Lighting. I’m looking for a table lamp by Cal Lighting with an Eagle. It was not one of your listed items. Could you look into this and e-mail me a picture to be sure it is the correct one.

Would the Maxim Lighting MX-5846 pendant light fixture in the oil rubbed bronze finish match the Access Lighting New Mirage Contemporary Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Light AC-52226? I could not find anywhere on your website what Wilshire glass from Maxim looks like. Could you please describe it to me?

Answer: The oil rubber bronze is a very rich brown, which nearly appears to be black. The manufacturers of the two light fixtures you spoke of are different, and therefore may have slight variances in the shade. In general, oil rubbed bronze will coordinate across the board in manufacturers, even if there are slight differences. Maxim lighting’s Wilshire glass is described as being a caramel swirl glass, being a frosted opaque type of shade.

I am looking for a halogen spot light to showcase a stone sculpture. I need a small light with a rim around it to fit into the base. Access Lighting’s New Mirage Contemporary Ceiling Light (AC-52223) seems to be of a good size for my needs. Do you have any other spotlights?

I am looking for some Nora Lighting 3-Wire Halo Compatible 18″ Flexible Extension Rods in off-white. I was told by a builder friend of mine that Nora only has black rods in stock. I wondered if you had any alternatives you could recommend?

Answer: This is not a very common item, our two other suppliers that carry track lights do not offer a flexible track extender. The builder was right, the item is only available in a  black finish at this time. We can tell you that often customers spray-paint the elements to match their needs. This way it can perfectly blend to any application and is not an uncommon practice.
