Answer: This doorbell/chime is in stock and can be shipped out from Craftmade warehouse in about 2-3 business days. Please be advised that you will need to get a separate transformer for the chime.

Hi. I’m very much interested in this Craftmade Disco Ball Revolving Ceiling Fan Light Kit - LK55-BN . Can you please tell me the disco ball’s diameter and rotation per minute? Also, can you let me know your company policy and contact information? Thank you.

Answer: This ceiling fan light kit has a disco ball that is about 10″ in diameter. Unfortunately, we were was not able to get a rate of the spin, but was told by Craftmade that it spins really slow like any other disco ball you come across. The overall width from the arm of the spot light to spot light is about 22″. I can’t find my ceiling fan model on the Internet. However, it is in Series 52DC05. I want to find out whether a remote control such as the Concord Fans Handheld Remote and Wall Control Set - RM-08 or the Concord Fans 4 Speed Rotary Clear Control Knob - PD-001 are available options for this fan. When I hooked up the electrical wiring to this fan, when I bought it in 2002, both the fan and the light are controlled from the wall switch. To actually turn on either one, I have to pull the chain associated with the fan (I pull it three times for the different speeds) and I have to pull the chain associated with the light to turn it on (no dimmer switch). This way of control is not convenient, so I am looking for a remote option. Please advise.

Answer: Concord Fans has advised us that you can use the Handheld Remote and Wall Control Set - CC-RM-08 to work with on your fan. If you want the wall control as well, you can order the  Concord Fans 4 Speed Rotary Clear Control Knob - PD-001.

Hi. The height of this ET2 Contemporary Pendant Light fixture is listed at 138″. Is that accurate? If not, please let me know the correct measurement. Also, is the ceiling plate included with the pendant light? If so, what are its dimensions and what is the material? If it’s not included, please give me the ordering information for what I’ll need to get in order to install the lighting fixture. I’d like the plate to match the metal in the rod it’s suspended from. Thank you.

Answer: The maximum height of 138″ on this light fixture is accounting for the cord and canopy (ceiling plate). The dull silver satin nickel finish canopy dimension is has a diameter of 5″. Please be advised that there is no rod and the glass is actually being held by a cable. The glass shade is 11″ in width and 20″ in height. Lamp is also not included.

Hello. I would like the measurements of your Craftmade Budget Tea Stained Ceiling Fan Light Kit - LK715.

Answer: The dimensions of this ceiling fan light kit is 11 3/4″ in width and  7 3/4″ in height.

Hi. The description of this Meyda Tiffany Prairie Corn Pendant Light does not specifiy the shade width, neither any of the similar models. Please let me know the width of this specific model. I like it very much but not sure if it fits correctly in my dining room.   

Answer: The width of this pendant is 13″ across and the lead time is about 2 weeks before it can be shipped.

Is this Craftmade Solo Contemporary Ceiling Fan suitable for 8′ ceiling? Can it be flush mounted? If not, what is shortest possible downrod and what would the total inches from ceiling be? What type of anti-wobble feature is there? Is the finish on the housing more like brushed chrome (silverish) or is it blackish? It was difficult to tell from the picture. I am ready to purchase immediately if the dimensions are OK with our ceiling.

Answer: This ceiling fan could work with an 8 ft ceiling. It comes with both a two-inch and a 6-inch downrod and would be about 12 inches from the ceiling. Unfortunately, it cannot be flush mounted. If you are interested in that, we would suggest you look into a “hugger” type ceiling fan. As far as the wobble is concerned, each fan comes equipped with a balancing kit, along with instructions on how to calibrate it.

The brushed nickel finish is definitely more silver with no hint of black. The black in the image is simply an illusion made by the camera’s lighting angle.

The ceiling height depends also on its application. You can have a bit more leeway with the fan’s drop if its going over a bed or a table where people aren’t walking or standing underneath it.

Hi. I recently bought two (2) pieces of Kenroy Wentworth Swing Arm Traditional Wall Sconce and I was wondering if is this a plug in or hard wire lamp?

Answer: This wall sconce comes with an electrical plug to plug into the outlet.

What kind of control comes with this ceiling fan - a wall mount control or a remote control, or something else? Is one of these included, or is there an additional charge for a control unit?

Answer: The Craftmade Sentry Ceiling Fan - SN52 does not come with a wall mount control or a handheld control. The Craftmade TCS Wall Control or the Craftmade TCS Handheld Control needs to be ordered separately.

I am looking for three pendant lights. Is there a way I can see a close up of the shade? It says ribbed glass, but it is hard to see in the photo.

My Dabmar Outdoor Spotlight - LV-203 has a brownish color, looking a lot like the one you show on your website. Which color is that one? Black doesn’t sound right, either do the two green choices. I’m afraid it might be bronze. Is their black really more like a brown? Your detailed picture looks like mine, so I’m curious what color that one is.

Answer: We got those digital images from Dabmar Lighting directly. Dabmar and I believe your light fixture should be bronze.If you want to be sure, you can un-screw the hood and look at the inside surface finish, where it was not oxidized as much; the inside surface should be able to tell you exactly if it’s a black or bronze finish.
