Can the shade color of Kenroy Grafton Transitional Floor Lamp - KR-31967-BRZ be changed to red or does this lamp only come with the Ivory linen?

Answer: This manufacturer does not come with a different shade option for this floor lamp. However, there are retailers out there that sell replacement shades with a universal adapter which should work (restoration hardware, IKEA, the great indoors, Lamps Plus). All you need to do is find the style, and color that you want & it should’nt be a problem. Hopefully this answers your questions.

Sorry, but I can’t seem to find the dimensions of Craftmade Mission Bath Bar Bathroom Light - 180 on your website. I need the height and length of the back plate, and size of the globes.

Answer: The dimensions of the backplate are as follows: 18.5″L x 6.5″W.

I just need to know are these Nora Lighting Nora 6′ 6” Rail - NRS90-P06 flexible so I can make different shape? And do you do any discount for contractors and on bigger quantity of order? I would order some lights too but if you can send me a catalog so I can show it to costumers.

Answer: According to Nora lighting, model number NRS90-P06 can be bent to make differnt shapes, however you will need Nora Lighting Rail Bending Device - NRS90-N33.

My electrician installed my two Designers Fountain Belmeade Traditional Pendant Light - DF-96230-WM today, threw out the directions and then the garbage men came (of course). The pendant lights hang really low (and this is after we raised our ceiling). Is there any way to shorten these particular pendant lights? It looks like there are seams that perhaps I can just unscrew on the poles hanging down but I don’t want to damage anything.

Answer: This particular fixture from Designers Fountain does have a sectional downrod, that should be assembled in 6″ incriments. The safest thing to do would be TURN OFF THE POWER to your residence, remove the lower tier (scroll work design with shade), remove desired length of downrod, and reattach Lower Tier. ** PLEASE remember, that you may have to cut the wire inside of the rod, and reattach leads to fixture (we highly recommend this is done by a professional). Hi. The description for this Del Mar Traditional Kitchen Island / Billiard Light - DF-97738-WP states that the height is 51.75″. Is this from ceiling to the bottom of the shades? If so, what it the measurement from the bottom of the chain to the bottom of the shades? Can the chains be shortened if we want to hang it a bit higher?

Answer: Hello. The measurements of 51.75″ H for this Kitchen Island / Billiard Light is the measurement from the top of the canopy (affixed to the ceiling) to the bottom of the shade. This measurement is for the lighting fixture only. The lighting fixture is supplied with 3 ft of chain which would add at most 36″. The chain itself is adjustable, but the highest this fixture can hang is 51.75″ from the ceiling. This item from Designers Fountain is currently in stock with the manufacturer and ships in 3-5 business days.

Answer: This pendant light from LBL Lighting can be hung on a sloped ceiling. Its canopy can have a maximum tilt of 45 degree. The lamping is Halogen 120 volt 150 watt mini-candelabra base lamp. Item in bronze finish will take 1 week lead time before it can be shipped from LBL Lighting since warehouse is in Skoki, IL.

Hi. Do you really have this Vail Transitional Island / Kitchen Light - MX-12509 in stock? I really want these lights. My lighting store sales associate had spoken with her sales rep and was informed that this lighting fixture was new and was not yet available. Is this true? If so, I need to cancel the order now and re-order when everything can be shipped together.

I want to use the 70” Epic Traditional Ceiling Fan - EP70, but wanted to know if I could use the 60” Standard Ceiling Fan Blades - Oiled Bronze - B6-60S-OB instead of 70″ blades. I like the ceiling fan style of the EP70, but I need a 60″ span ceiling fan blades. Is this possible?

Answer: Both the epic ceilng fan, and blade Model B6-60S-OB from Craftmade is in stock, and available to ship immediately. The fan motor you requested (EP70) CAN be fitted with (B6-60S-OB) 60″ blades.

I know that Tiella is made by Tech Lighting, but are components from the two brands compatible with each other? For example, can Tiella heads and pendants be placed on Tech monorail and vice versa?

Answer: Yes. You are correct. Tiella is manufactured by Tech Lighting. However Tiella’s rail, and mounting points are .3″ larger than Tech Lighting’s components. So, Tiella heads will be able to fit on Tech Rails, however Tech heads WILL NOT fit on Tiella rails. We would recommend that when assembling a rail system, it is best aesthetically to stay within the same line (as the Tiella heads will have a noticeable gap at the attachment point).
