My wife likes this Paul Sahlin Tiffany A-Design Mission Tiffany Floor Lamp - PST-815 for her birthday. However, I am concerned that the “resin” base may not be heavy enough to prevent one of our pets from knocking the lamp over easily. So what does it weigh, and what the heck is “resin”? Please be advised that these lights are made and shipped in different batches directly from Kenroy (the manufacturer), so one batch may be darker than other bathches and vice versa, but the idea is that variation will occur. However, by choosing the confetti- that acts as the color option is just a matter of variation that constitutes the color or appearance of the glass. We hope this information is helpful. They said that this fixture from the bottom of the finial to just before the chain is about 22″H. Using only one link of chain, the overall height of the fixture can hang as high as 25.5″ to as low as 60.5″.

Thus, this fixture is supplied with 3′ of chain and about 4′ of wire. You could add more chain and wire to the fixture if you wanted it to hang lower. The cost per additional foot is $3.00. We hope this information is helpful.
