Hello. Will the rail connector you sell work to adapt a monopoint pendant to work on a monorail lighting system? If so, will you send me the product number so I can make sure that I will order the right one? Lastly, do you know if the tech lighting pendants be mounted on a tiella rail?

Answer: You can mount either items on each rail. The important thing is you MUST get the rail mounting of the compatible rail. Example: If you have a Tiella rail but want to hang a Tech lighting item, you will get the Tiella rail adapter. Since you have a Tiella rail, you will need the Tiella adapter. You can also get the Tech pendant lights but you will need to get the Tiella rail adapter for them as well.

Are five of these World Imports Beautiful Ironwork Traditional Mini Pendant Light - WI-2812-95 in stock? If so, can they be installed on sloped ceilings? My other question is regarding World Imports UP-To-The-Minute Transitional Flush Mount Ceiling Light - WI-70471-56. I need two of them. Do you have those in stock also? Thanks.

Answer: World Imports (WI-2812-95) pendant light cannot be used on a sloped ceiling because it has solid stem and the canopy does not have a pivot joint.

We are planning to install four of these Access Lighting Hermes Square Mini Pendant Light - AC-Hermes in a small cafe. Can the cords be readily shortened to the desired length?

Answer: We have confirmed with Access Lighting (the manufacturer), that the cord for this pendant light is not “field cuttable” but it is adjustable. The extra cord would go up in the canopy rather then being cut.

I am trying to understand the word “GRILL”. Is this Kenroy Grill Transitional Outdoor Floor Lamp - KR-53101-SSTL used to keep food warm or is it a heat lamp? Can it be used for indoor use?

Answer: This outdoor floor lamp from Kenroy is a grill lamp that can be used by the BBQ to light the area you are using to cook. It is not a heat lamp and it is not used to keep the food warm.
