I wanted to express my sincerest appreciation and satisfaction with the courtesy and performance of Sandy, the customer service representative that handled the problem I had with my recent order. She was extremely thorough and responsive with all of my questions and concerns. Any dissatisfaction with receiving a damaged light fixture was erased by her refreshingly helpful behavior.
