Can you obtain Tech Lighting pyrex glass lamp shields for me?
I recently purchased five of the Tech Lighting Meteor Contemporary Pendant Light – 700FJME with Venus canopies from Arcadian Lighting. My electrician broke one of the pyrex glass lamp shields while trying to install it. I called Tech Lighting about replacement parts and they informed me that the part number of the item is 140SHIELD but they due not sell direct to customers. Can you obtain this item for me? I would like to get a couple of spares since they seem prone to breaking. I would like to order three (3), however I can’t find it on your web site order page. How do I go about placing an order? Or where do I find it on your web site? Thanks.
Answer: 140SHIELD pyrex glass lamp shields is $8 apiece. Please advise that we do charge a S&H fee for order less than $100. Orders less than $90 are charged a $15 shipping fee. While, orders between $90 and $99 are charged a $7.50 shipping fee. Please feel free to call us to process your order since part 140SHIELD is not listed in our website yet.
