Craftmade ceiling fan compatibility question

Is this Craftmade 52” Contemporary Flushmount Ceiling Fan - FC52 available with light oak blades? Also,  is it compatible with Craftmade Classic Ceiling Fan Light Kit - LKE53CFL?

Answer: The FC52 is not supplied with blades, so the ceiling fan blades must be purchased separately. Light Oak blades are available in this ceiling fan. Please visit the following link to view our selection.

Ellington ceiling fan inquiry

Can the lights on Ellington Fans Galileo 52” Contemporary Ceiling Fan - EL-GAL52BC4CR be directed where I want them to go? Do they provide suitable lighting for an office? I want my room to have overall lighting as well as light my work without shadows interfering.

Answer: The ceiling fan light kit on EL-GAL52BC4CR from Ellington Fan (the manufacturer) are adjustable in the sense you may move the light in the direction needed, however they are not adjustable with regards to their height. The light provided by the ceiling fan should not be the only source of light in the office. It is recommended that there are at least 1 or 2 other sources of light.

Question regarding Craftmade ceiling fan light kit

Is this Craftmade 4-Light Transitional Fitter - CM-F400 appropriate for a back porch ceiling fan?

Answer: The ceiling fan light kit from Craftmade (the manufacturer) you selected is not rated for damp locations, so it would be best to choose a fitter that is UL rated for this, just in case there is moisture from weather its best to stay on the safe side.

Does this Concord Fans Pristine Transitional Ceiling Fan Light Kit - CC-Y-401CG come in polished brass? Also, is it compatible with Craftmade 52” Builder’s Award Ceiling Fan - CM-TX107-WB-WA?

Answer: Yes, this CC-Y-401CG from Concord Fans (the manufacturer) is available in polished brass. When you visit this ceiling fan light kit you will see a tab that says select option, there you can choose your finish. Secondly, it will work with CM-TX107-WB-WA ceiling fan from Craftmade (the manufacturer).

Emerson ceiling fan inquiry

Do I need to purchase the remote control or the wall control if I have an electrician installing this Emerson 52” Camden Transitional Ceiling Fan - EM-CF3600?

Answer: This ceiling fan from Emerson (the manufacturer) does require that the wall control is purchased as there is a pull chain which will allow you to operate the fan at all speeds. However, if you are looking to operate this fan conveniently with a wall control, your electrician may set up the fan to operate off a wall switch, but it will only allow for the fan to operate at one speed and off.

Concord ceiling fan inquiry

I am interested in Concord Fans 52” Aracruz Traditional Ceiling Fan - CC-52AC5ORB in my new sunroom. The ceiling has a 3/12 pitch. Would the mounting hardware that comes with the ceiling fan adjust to that angle?

Answer: We spoke with Concord Fans (the manufacturer) and they advised that this ceiling fan can go up to a 35 degree angel, any more then 35 degree of a slope then the Concord Fans 45 Degree Angle Adapter - CC-45AD is recommended. Your electrician should advise you the degree angle of the ceiling to ensure proper fit in your application.

Vaxcel Lighting ceiling fan light kit finish question

I like the finish shown on this AireRyder by Vaxcel Lighting Alabaster Glass Traditional Ceiling Fan Light Kit - VX-LK34215-C, but the description says there are three finish options that are not given when adding to cart. How do I know which one I am getting?

Answer: Vaxcel Lighting (the manufacturer), advised that this ceiling fan light kit includes three finishes of adornment which is antique brass, oil burnished bronze and weathered patina. The option of selecting which finish is not there because all three options will be sent to you.

Will the Craftmade Disco Ball Revolving Ceiling Fan Light Kit - LK55-BN fit Quorum Lighting 60″ Dragonfly Patio Transitional Ceiling Fan - QR-159605?

Answer: All Craftmade ceiling fan light kit should fit most ceiling fans, as long as the bottom of the ceiling fan has 1/4-inch all threaded nose cone to receive to the light kit. However, we can gurrantee compatibility because no ceiling light kit manufacturer will be able to test compatibility against all the different brand of ceiling fans.

Question regarding Fanimation ceiling fan

I am looking for Fanimation 52” Sandella Ceiling Fan - FM-FP1820-MW. Can I shortened the downrod to a minimal few inches? Also, is it possible to purchase a different light kit that fits this ceiling fan? We are concerned about how much light  gives off, would you say it is enough light to work or read by?

Answer: Fanimation (the manufacturer), advised that this ceiling fan FM-FP1820-MW, has an integrated uplight 3 x 40-watt candelabra base, bulbs not included. The ceiling fan comes with a 6″ downrod, and you can shorten the downrod by cutting only 1 to 2 inches off the downrod. If you do so, your electrician will have to re-drill the holes in the downrod for the security pins that’s holding the motor housing.

Please be advised that this is a non-returnable item. And blade sets, decorative glass and fitter are sold separately. However, we can not guarranttee that the ceiling fan light kit is universal compatible if you use a different brand. In most cases, they should work. Most light kit lamping is only bright enough for light task lighting.
