I just wanted to thank you for your attention to detail. I had ordered replacement lights on the internet, and Tony had promptly called back on the phone to make sure I had the right attachment pieces for a monorail system. I couldn’t believe anyone actually cared. It’s sad to say that customer service like that is hard to come by. Thank you!

Normally with internet shopping you cross your fingers and hope for the best. Now I can continue to use Arcadian Lighting for my future lighting needs. Keep it up. Thank you so much for your prompt response! We ordered about half of our lighting from Arcadian, and half from another Lighting company—one that does not process orders/respond to questions/ship items as “Directly” as we’d like! It came down to available styles on the websites, as the prices were very comparable. Now that we’ve experienced the level of service and quick response from Arcadian, we won’t bother to ever open that other site again,that is, once we’ve finished tracking down all of our lights!!
