I am having my basement refinished. I was looking for recessed step lights to install on the steps down to the basement. Can I use your outdoor step lights indoors?

Answer: We have a manufacturer called Focus Industries, in which they have had customers use their outdoor step lights indoor because of the simplicity of the application. Though, the manufacturer do not recommend or suggest using outdoor recessed or step lights indoors, many people still do it. We would recommend using a low voltage light as it will not heat up as much as a 120V will and in turn cause any fire (if there is insulation near the lighting).

Can you please confirm what type of light bulb this Designers Fountain Vista Traditional Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light - DF-9076-NI takes and does it take 1 or 2 bulbs?

Hi. I am looking at the Access Lighting Hermes Square Mini Pendant Light - AC-Hermes to match Access Lighting Hermes Telescopic Contemporary Pendant Light - AC-64014 that I will also order for my dinning room.

Is it possible to mount the AC-Hermes - mini pendant light on a rail? I notice that you have a “UniJack Set” option but I am not sure what it is exactly. Can you please let me know what are my options and what I need to have the AC-Hermes on a rail?

Answer: We have confirmed with Access Lighting, the manufacturer of AC-Hermes - mini pendant light that it is compatible with the Tech rail. You would just need to get the monorail adapter from Tech Lighting. Then, the pendant light can be plugged into the monorail adapter. As for the pendant light you would have to go with the unijack option, but we do not yet list it on our site. The model number would be 52050UJ. You may have to call in to place the order at our toll free number.

I am remodeling my kitchen and have been considering a tiffany to put over the bay window think it would look unusual and nice in the sunlight. One to affix to the wall and in blues grays, yellows and rustic color. Do you have any suggestions?

I have a monorail lighting system. I’d like to change the pendant lights to Terras. Can I use my adapters from my old pendants which is Tech Lighting rail & fixtures?

Answer: Yes. You can use the same adapters. When you order the TECH TERRA you can pick the System: 800MPTRR: MonoPoint. You do not need the monorail system since you already have the adaptor.

I am interested in the Craftmade 52” Crescent Ceiling Fan - D52. Ideally, I would like a white frosted glass uplight though there does not appear to be such an item in existence. That said, I most like the “crescent” light kit as I need something in a pewterish shade. I’m wondering whether the “european bronze” has more of a pewterish shade or looks more brown? It looks different in different pictures. Then, I’m trying to verify if the “crescent” ceiling fan light kit (DLK36) has white frosted, non-”lipped” glass shade and what is the difference between the Classic Ceiling Fan Light Kit - DLK-37 and the Crescent Ceiling Fan Light Kit - DLK36? and Crescent Ceiling Fan Light Kit - DLK2?

Finally, does this ceiling fan comes with any kind of ceiling fan and light controls or does one need to purchase that separately?

Answer: The European bronze is more of a brown color; not so much of a peweterish shade. The DLK36 is a frosted glass as opposed to the DLK37 which is a tea stained glass and The DLK2 is alabaster glass. This ceiling fan from Craftmade do not come with any kind of light controls. Those would need to be purchased separately.

The description says Tech Lighting Monorail - 700MOA comes with 1 set of conductive connectors for joining rail, but does not mention if it comes with end caps. Please tell me if it does.

Answer: Tech Lighting end caps need to be purchased separately and don’t come with monorails.

Is the 75W transformer required for theLBL Lighting Onyx Teardrop Pendant Light - HS178 flush mount or does it depend on what bulb you are going to use?

Answer: Yes. The transformer is required because the lamp for the pendant light is in the low voltage 12V.

Hi. I need 3 or maybe 4 (in case I break one on installation) more insulators to connect monorail tech lighting tracks together. I want to separate the power downfeeds from my dual feed canopy transformers to feed into their own branch of the monorail. The part number I have is 281-MOPFHI. Can you let me know price and availability? I will also be wanting a few of Tech Lighting Round Glass Shield - 700MR16G in Amber.

Answer: The correct isolating connector for the dual feed should be Tech Lighting Isolating Connectors - 700MOCINC. The 700MR16G - round glass shield (in Amber and aluminum trim) and 700MOCINC - isolating connectors are all in stock and can be shipped in about 1 week.

I would like to special order this Meyda Tiffany Fleur-De-Lis Inverted Pendant Light - MD-65165. But only with the top shade, which is 26 inches wide. The bottom shade of this double-decker light makes it too big for my domestic use. Does this lighting fixture comes in different color?
