Another question: I have never ordered mirror. Do you totally insure your merchandise? What if they arrive broken? Would you pay for they’re return and its insurance?

We are located in La Verne, CA. However, we are not a stocking dealer. The items would be shipped out from Uttermost (the manufacturer) warehouse directly to you. If an item should arrive damaged in any way we will send you pre-paid shipping labels and ship a replacement out to you free of charge.

I need individualized information regarding the size of transformer to purchase for Craftmade Designer Carved Westminster Long Door Chime - CM-CA4-RC. I also need to know if the outside control button is included with the door bell.

Answer: The transformer that is needed for this Craftmade item is model # CM-T1615. Unfortunately, the outside push button does not come included.

I am interested in this Designer Carved Westminster Long Door Chime - CM-CA4-RC. Do you sell this item in unfinished wood with polished brass tubes? If so, please let me know how much it would be.

Answer: Craftmade (the manufacturer) doesn’t have this item in wood with polished brass tubes. Please advise that this chime needs to work with a 16V transformer.

I would like to know if you have the Craftmade Designer Contemporary Mahogay Door Bell/Chime - CM-CH1902-DM in stock. If not, could you give me an idea on how long I would have to wait.  

Answer: This doorbell/chime is in stock and can be shipped out from Craftmade warehouse in about 2-3 business days. Please be advised that you will need to get a separate transformer for the chime.

I was wondering about the Quoizel Lighting Jasper Contemporary Mirror:

(1) Is this item able to be mounted horizontally as well as vertically?
(2) As you can see, the frame is bowed, and I assume the specs you list are for the outermost points. Is there anyway to find out what are the measurements for the narrowest points (height and width) in the bows?

Answer: Upon confirming with Quoizel Lighting, this mirror can be hung horizontally as well as vertically. As for the measurements, the only ones available are those for the widest points of the mirror. There are none available for the “bows”.

Does this Kenroy Tacora vertical floor fountain include the water pump and is there an on/off switch?

Answer: This fountain does come with the water pump; however, it does not have an on and off switch.

In your description for Fountains under the home decor category, for the Kenroy Curves Fountain what does extension refer to?

Answer: “Extension” refers to the depth of the fountain from the wall to the end of the fountain; or in simpler terms: “How far the fountain sticks out from the wall towards you”.
