Customer asks if there is a required care to prevent Progress Lighting chandelier from tarnishing
Will the silver finish on this Thomasville Lighting by Progress Lighting Roxburry Transitional Chandelier – PG-P4501-101 needs special care? Is there a special finish on it to prevent it from tarnishing and discoloring?
Answer: This chandelier does not require any special care to prevent tarnishing or discoloring. Progress Lighting (the manufacturer), has advised that this lighting fixture is a silver platted finish. Please note, that if for whatever reason the item being to become discolored, there is a one year warranty on the fixture and would be replaced free of charge.
We also had a chance to confirm stock on the item you inquired about, and unfortunately, this model is on back order until the middle of October.
