I just wanted to let you know that I spoke to a wonderful customer service representative today, Alicia was pleasant, helpful, and got back to me in less than an hour. Whoa, now that is service. Normally with internet shopping you cross your fingers and hope for the best. Now I can continue to use Arcadian Lighting for my future lighting needs. Keep it up.
