Customer wants to know the difference between commercial and residential shipping
I would like to order two Quoizel Lighting Felice Tiffany Traditional Mini Pendant Light – QZ-TF1557IB today, as my contractor will be back shortly to put them up. I need to know what is the difference between commercial and residential shipping? Is residential shipping via the post office and commercial via UPS or FEDEX?
I normally would not be in such a rush, but if my contractor takes another small job, I will have to wait at least a few weeks before he can put this pendant light up and I would like to finish my kitchen.
Answer: When selecting the shipping method, residential or commercial, this just notifies UPS/FedEx if it will be a quick and easy delivery since commercial deliveries are typically easier or if it will be delivered to a residence. There is a small fee if it is being delivered to a residence, however Arcadian Lighting pays for the fee, not the consumer.
