Elk lighting shade description and restocking fee inquiry
We are questioning the color of the shades of Elk Lighting Pierra Contemporary Pendant Light - ELK-527-1 and we are wondering if they can be ordered and returned to actually see the colors. What would the restocking cost be?
Answer: You did not include a color but we did contact Elk Lighting - the manufacturer, to see if they send out chips and they do not because the glass is handblown so there will be a variation in the finishes of the glass. Thus, if you purchase this pendant lighting fixture it may or may not resemble the finish you see online. As well, you can purchase this fixture and return it should you not like it. However, there is a 20% restocking fee and you would have to pay for shipping the item back to the manufacturer.
