Inquiry regarding designers fountain chadelier to be used in dining room
I am purchasing a condo with cathedral ceiling in the main living/dining room. The current fixture is a white ceiling fan (it’s awful) that is off center to everything. I would like to utilize the existing electrical connection and hole from the fan and purchase lighting that I can sort of ’swag’ over in order to center it over my dining room table. With that said, I like the Designers Fountain Apollo Traditional Chandelier – DF-94085-ORB. I’m wondering how much chain is included. If not enough, do you have matching chain? And, do you think this is a feasible idea?
Answer: We contacted Designers Fountain (the manufacturer), regarding this chandelier and asked if you had the capability of swagging the fixture so its center over your dining room table and they advised that you should take the measurements of how much chain and wire you would need to achieve your design because this model is supplied with only 3′ chain and 10′ wire. You can purchase additional chain which the manufacturer will link for you. The chain is not listed on our site, but if you call in your order or add the chain in the “comments” section of checkout we will make the revision to your order. The chain model number is CHNORB8G and the cost is $3/additional ft. We hope this information helps.
