Inquiry regarding return and exchange policy for Tech Lighting pendant light
I am planning to order (3) of the Tiella by Tech Lighting Fossa Contemporary Pendant Light – TECH-FOSSA, but I would like to know what your return/exchange policy is? I am worried that the color would not match the room, but I won’t know until I see it. Also, does the canopy and all of the elements we will need in order to hang it come with this pendant light?
Answer: The bulb and wire comes with this pendant light from Tiella by Tech Lighting. But you have to purchased the mounting canopy separately. Also, there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns for personal reasons such as issues with color etc. We do our best to communicate with the manufacturer should a problem arise with the order.
