1. Do the “cans” or “lamps” rotate?
2. What does 3-way switch mean?
3. Is the stand made of metal?

Answer:

1. Yes. The lamps can be rotated.
2. A three way switch means that the light can be adjusted to a High, Medium, Low, and Off position.
3. Yes. The floor lamp is made out of steel.
