The bulb on this LBL Lighting Mini-Stogie II Contemporary Pendant Light – HS350 is 35w xenon. Does 35w xenon is equal to 35w incandescent in terms of output? Also, is it available in halogen?
Answer: LBL Lighting (the manufacturer) has eliminated incandescent lamping options as they wanted to use a bulb with longer life and high efficacy. The xenon bulb does not get as hot as halogen or incandescent light and therefore protects the product in the long run. Greater output of light (up to 3x brighter), greater bulb life-3x longer than halogen, and 25% less power consumption (while producing 25% more light) compared to halogen or incandescent.
