Lite Source table lamp inquiry
Hi. I am very interested in purchasing a pair of ASSYRIAN Tiffany Table Lamp - LS-3636-A-BRZ. However, after being terribly burned by an online website before, I am very leary of purchasing online again. So if you’ll indulge me and answer a few questions about them, I’d appreciate it.
- Can you tell me the weight of each lamp?
- Are the shades real glass OR art glass (aka plastic)?
- Is the base real metal? ALSO is it a dark bronze or more of a silver bronze?
- Are the lamps usually in good condition upon receipt?
- If one receives them in severely damaged condition, how are you about returning them?
- Do you charge taxes in Minnesota.
I’d appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible. Sorry for all the questions, if you had seen what we received, you’d totally understand, believe me!
Answer: Hello. To answer your questions:
- The weight of each lamp is 15 lbs each.
- The shade is in fact glass.
- The base is metal and the shade has metal too. The color of the base is indeed a bronze, somewhat dark, obviously a brown color.
- The lamps are usually shipped via fedex or UPS. Should you receive anything damaged we send replacement parts or if necessary, we ship a new lamp. Usually, lamps are received in good condition. There are those instances where the delivery person will mishandle a package, I would say the safe to bad delivery ratio is 90%:10%. Meaning 90% of our orders are received in good condtion.
