Question regarding Capital Lighting kitchen island light
You say in your description, “This item needs to be shipped by truck. Prior to ordering, please make sure the delivery address can receive large truck deliveries. Truck load size items are not returnable”. My first question is, approximately how long can I expect truck shipping to have this Capital Lighting Chandler Transitional Kitchen Island / Billiard Light – CP-3078MN to New York? Secondly, since the item is “not returnable” what happens if it is defective?
Answer: The warehouse for this kitchen island light from Capital Lighting is located in Florida and would take approximately 5-8 days for the fixture to arrive to you in New York. In the event the lighting fixture arrives damaged or defective, we would send a replacement out free of charge. Keep in mind, if the return is being made due to personal reasons, we would not be able to accept the return.
