We need the bottom of the light to hand down about 29 to 30″ below the ceiling. Can this light be adjusted on installation to meet this criteria?

This mini pendant light from Quoizel Lighting has a maximum overall height of 46″ and comes with (2) 6″ rod, (1) 12″ rod with nipple, and (1) 12″ rod without nipple.
From installation manual, if you are using only (1) 6″ rod and (1) 12″ rod without nipple, then you can shorten the pendant to approximate 46″ – 18″ = 28″ ovall height.
