Want to hang pendant lights from previous recessed light application
I have recessed lights over my tub in the bathroom and I have seen pendant lights that plug into these recessed lights. Do you have any available? If so, I Also have recessed lighting in my living room that I would like to change out.
Answer: Yes. You can hang pendants from a previous recessed lighting. However, you will need a recessed can adapter. Currently, one of our manufacturer named Tech Lighting offers such an adapter compatible with their low voltage pendants.
The part that you need is Tech Lighting FreeJack Recessed Can Adapter Canopy - 700FJRCAD. This part mounts to any can that is 6-1/4″ - 6-1/2″ in diameter and has “C” shaped hooks on the inside of can wall.
